*Relash appointments must be scheduled every 2 weeks, unless otherwise specified by your lash stylist. Your extension services do not include cleansing (only primer solution). You must always arrive with lashes that have been thoroughly cleansed and cleared of any makeup or product residues. Any amount of makeup on the lashes will prevent a secure bond. If your lashes must be cleaned by your stylist, this will occupy much of your session, leaving limited time for the actual application of the lash extensions.

If needed, please arrive early and we can provide complimentary cleanser for you to use before your appointment begins.

*Most suitable for those with naturally light eyelashes. This will provide a subtle change to the eyes, but will not provide the dramatic effect of lash extensions. Lash tinting pairs well with lash lifts for a more visible effect.

Hair that has gone gray is more resistant to dyes. We recommend lash extensions for lashes that have gone gray.

*You must arrive free of any makeup or residue on the lashes.

Brow tinting is great for enhancing the look of the brows for a more dramatic effect. Ideal for lighter hairs, and can help brows that are starting to go gray for a more unified look. It will not add density to sparse brows, as the tint can only color hairs that exist.

Lash lift aftercare

1. Lashes are still malleable for the first 24 hours, so it’s important to maintain their shape after your appointment. 

2. With a spoolie, brush your lashes upward several times per day for the first 24 hours.

3. Avoid sleeping on your side or stomach for 24 hours, as this will alter the set shape from your lift. 

4. For the first 24 hours, do not wear any mascara, and keep skincare products away from the lashes, including cleansers. Avoid eye drops and try to keep contact solution out of the lashes. Avoid sweating and exercise for 48 hours. Avoid facing the shower head. It is OK to get them wet, but we recommend drying and brushing them immediately. 

5. Avoid heat and steam for the first 48 hours. This includes saunas, hot yoga, steam from cooking and hot ovens, and steam from hot showers. *Regular exposure to heat and steam may negatively impact the longevity of your lash lift. 

6. Avoid oil-based cleansers altogether, as this may cause lashes to prematurely drop. Eye drops may also cause this. 

7. Avoid waterproof mascara altogether as the ingredients may negatively impact the longevity of your lash lift.

8. You should not use lash curlers. If you feel that you need a lash curler, you may be due for another lash lift! 

9. If you are dissatisfied or need any adjustments to your lash lift, please notify us and return for a follow-up within 3 weeks so that we can make the necessary adjustments, complimentary of course!

10. We recommend maintaining the health of your lashes with a ReGen deep conditioning treatment both during and again 4-6 weeks after your lash lift. ReGen keep lashes from becoming dry and brittle when receiving chemical lash services.  *includes a free lash tint!
